New Builds in Costa Blanca Sur

The Costa Blanca Sur is the southern reaches (sur means south) of the famous white sand beach that stretches for 120 miles along Spain’s southern coast between Denia in the north to Pilar de la Horadada in the south. It is known for some very high-end residential enclaves such as Marbella and other former jet-set colonies of the 1960s, but there are also some much more recent and affordable developments available. We have gathered a few of these to offer the enviable south coast lifestyle to our American clients. All types of housing are in the mix—condos, bungalows (similar to duplexes), and attached and detached houses (called villas in Europe).

Either on-site or nearby is every sort of recreation imaginable. First, of course, are the world-class beaches, then a variety of activities for children and adults. For those interested in history and culture, there are museums, ruins of sites going back to the Phoenicians, Greeks, the original Iberians, whose language still has not been deciphered, as well as the later Romans, Visigoths, Moors, and the medieval castles of the kings of Castile and Aragon.
