Silvia Bellot, interior designer of Villas Arbórea, runs the innovative interior design studio Mediterranean Nomad, located in Jávea, Alicante. Its approach is based on the fusion of Mediterranean style with a nomadic and contemporary touch, highlighted by the use of natural materials, warm tones and a minimalist aesthetic that is at the same time welcoming. The studio combines elements of diverse Mediterranean cultures and global influences, reflecting an itinerant lifestyle in perfect harmony with nature.

José Luis Romeu Lamaignère is a landscape architect with extensive experience in designing outdoor spaces that interact with nature and architecture. He has collaborated with Las Colinas on several occasions, participating in the landscape development of several of its residential projects.
