Insurance coverage for foreigners in Spain and the remaining European Union

Health Insurance Coverage

If you are planning to move to Spain and need health insurance to obtain your visa or residency, we offer coverage options with estimated rates, including taxes.

AXA Grupo Marti insurance policies are approved and accepted by Spanish immigration authorities or Citizenship and Immigration Services for residency applications.

AXA Grupo Marti insurance policies are annual, but you can choose from different payment options: quarterly, semi-annual, or annual.

Age limits for enrollment

Note: The maximum enrollment age is 70 years. However, in exceptional cases, foreigners moving to Spain who need health insurance for their residency application may be accepted up to age 70 without having to include three additional policyholders under age 65. This will result in a 30% premium increase.
