Founder of Adesalzi’s International Division, Rebeca Camara is an experienced international health insurance advisor with a background in Business Administration.

She entered the insurance industry almost by chance, beginning her career 20 years ago at a Spanish firm that placed liability and cargo risks with Lloyd’s of London. This role, which involved mediating between Lloyd’s underwriters and Spanish agents, gave her a strong foundation and deep insight into the insurance market.

Over the years, Rebeca worked with leading brokers, managing risk placements for major insurance companies in Spain. She joined Adesalzi S.L. six years ago, bringing her expertise and client-focused approach to the team.

Identifying a gap in the market for English-speaking insurance professionals in Spain, Rebeca launched Adesalzi’s International Department. Her goal: to support expatriates relocating to Spain with insurance solutions tailored to their specific needs, delivered by someone who understands the challenges of moving abroad.

DKV HEALTH INSURANCE CERTIFICATE FOR SPAIN VISA AND RESIDENCE PURPOSES 

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • For initial contact and information, please contact the insurance agent, Rebeca Camara.
  • Provide a copy of your Passport / NIE / Residence Card.
  • Submit the Application and Health Declaration, duly completed in all sections.
  • The policy will have CO-PAYMENTS ELIMINATED.
  • The policy will have WAITING PERIODS ELIMINATED.
  • The effective date will always be the 1st of the chosen month.
  • Annual payment upfront is required for all plans.
  • If any pathology/medication is declared in the health declaration, the application will be sent to the central office for assessment by the medical department. In these cases, the annual payment should NEVER be made until a response is received from the central medical department. The annual payment should only be made if the applicant is deemed insurable and the client accepts any possible exclusions.
  • It is very important to process the application with sufficient anticipation, as policies may take a few days to be processed.
